OUR RETURN POLICY

All our returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10%

If you are unsatisfied with our product, please contact us to discuss its return.
Our products come with a 14 days return policy and it must be in its original package, unopened and unused.
If you are returning a product that was part of an offer (Buy One and Get One free etc…)
please note that you have to return all the other products in the offer as well.
This is only applicable if you bought the products on our website. If you bought them from other retailers please get in touch with them.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you ordered directly from us, please send us photos and details of the damage and we will contact you as soon as possible.
If you bought our products from other retailers, please get in touch directly with them.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK

For non UK delivery we offer the tracked delivery option only, so you can keep tracks of your order.
